5. Author Submissions and Content

A. Originality and Rights:

By submitting a manuscript or any other content (“Author Content”) to RH Publishing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole author and owner of the Author Content, or you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
• The Author Content is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
• The Author Content is not defamatory, obscene, illegal, or harmful.

B. Grant of Rights:

If your manuscript is accepted for publication, you will enter into a separate publishing agreement with RH Publishing, which will detail the specific rights granted to us, including but not limited to, the right to publish, distribute, and sell your work in various formats (print, digital, audio, etc.).

C. Content Standards:

All Author Content must adhere to our content standards, which prohibit:

• Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Content that contains viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

We reserve the right to reject any manuscript or content that violates these standards.

6. Intellectual Property

A. Our Content: All content on the RH Publishing website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of RH Publishing or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
B. Your Content:As an author, you retain the copyright to your original work unless explicitly transferred or licensed to RH Publishing through a separate publishing agreement.
C. Payments and Royalties

• Service Fees: Fees for services such as editing, cover design, or marketing will be outlined in separate agreements or invoices. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Royalties: Royalty structures for published authors will be detailed in the individual publishing agreements. Payments will be made according to the schedule and terms specified in those agreements.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal Use: Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
• Disruption: Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained therein.
• Malware: Introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful code.
• Scraping: Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Misrepresentation: Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

8. Disclaimers

the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. rh publishing makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.com

9. Limitation of Liability

• Any Author Content you submit through the Services.

D. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
